How Provenra Came to Be
Provenra grew out of a straightforward observation: most people understand, at some level, that their personal records need sorting — but the task keeps shifting to the bottom of the list. There's no single moment of urgency, so it never quite rises to the top.
The founders set out to build something that could quietly sit alongside a family's life without demanding too much of their time or attention. Not a software platform. Not a managed service that requires handing over sensitive documents to strangers. Just a well-considered set of tools — the kind you can pick up on a Saturday morning and actually use.
We opened our doors in Phuket because this is where we live, and because the island has a substantial community of long-term residents — Thai families, expatriates, retirees — who share a common need: some reliable way to bring their accumulated papers and accounts into a form that makes sense to the people who might one day need to find them.
Our approach has remained consistent since we began: provide clear frameworks, respect people's privacy, and never overstate what we can offer. We are an administrative and information service. We do not provide legal, financial or regulated advice of any kind.

Based in Talat Yai, Phuket, we serve clients locally and across the wider Andaman coast. Many of our clients are long-term expatriate residents. Others are Thai families who have simply reached the point where they want to bring some structure to papers that have accumulated over years. Both situations are equally common, and both respond well to the same practical approach.
