For the Personal Records Digitization service, you may provide physical documents. These are handled solely for the purpose of delivering the service and are not retained by Provenra after delivery is complete.

Legal basis for processing: where you submit a contact form or purchase a service, we process your information on the basis of contract performance and legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Where you consent to analytics cookies, we process that data on the basis of consent.
We retain contact information for up to 24 months after the last communication, after which it is deleted. Service delivery records (invoices, correspondence) are retained for up to 7 years for accounting purposes.
